• All participants in the conference were informed of this decision on 15.06.2020.
• The University of Lisbon will refund the conference fee. Participants have been informed.
• The 5th Conference on Urban e-Planning will take place in 2021, in a date to be defined later, taking into account the development of the pandemic.
• All accepted abstracts will continue valid for the 2021 conference and we will open later an extra call for new participants and also for additional themes.

• As referred in the 2 emails sent to all participants in the conference, on 27 and 29.02.2020, it is uncertain if it will be possible to hold in normal conditions the 5th Conference on 'Urban e-Planning', in early April, due to the restrictions that may be adopted by the national Health Authority (DGS) and/or University of Lisbon to travellers and to residents in response to the spread of the virus Covid-19.
• If there is any travel restriction in the country or in the institution of any participant that will prevent presence and participation in the conference, please inform us as soon as possible so we can adjust the conference program accordingly.
• For the moment (29.02.2020), the organization of the 5th Conference on 'Urban e-Planning' continues as planned. If the conditions change, we will inform all participants in the conference immediately.
• Therefore, all participants should consider, in the planning and decision regarding their participation in the conference, the possibility of cancelation / postponement of the conference, at any moment, due to restrictions related to the Covid-19.

• Personal and social attitudes recommended by the Health Authority:
o avoid close contact with patients with respiratory infections
o wash your hands frequently, especially after direct contact with sick people
o avoid unprotected contact with wild or farm animals
o adopt respiratory etiquette measures:
o cover your nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing
o use a tissue or the arm, never with your hands
o throw the tissue in the trash
o wash your hands whenever you blow, sneeze or cough
o avoid / reduce handshaking/hugs
o use face masks in special situations
• In case of symptoms the initial contact should be by telephone to a special dedicated number of the National Health Service (https://www.sns24.gov.pt/en/ ; Tel. 808 24 24 24).
• The Health Authority (DGS) issued an Information (005/27.02.2020) regarding citizens returned from an area with active community transmission of the new corona vírus. These areas are: North Italy, China, South Korea, Singapura, Japan or Iran. For travellers coming from these areas the Health Authority recommends, besides those general practices referred above, the following two attitudes:
o Avoid staying in closed and crowded places for 14 days after the return
o Avoid physical contact with other people for 14 days after returning.
