● The organization of the Conference on 'Urban e-Planning' opposes all forms of discrimination or harassment, namely on the basis of an individual’s ethnic origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age.

● The organization of the Conference on 'Urban e-Planning' does not endorses nor reject the opinions or conclusions expressed by the authors of the paper presented. The content is exclusive responsibility of the author.

● The Virtual Conference on 'Urban e-Planning' will use the Zoom platform. It will not be recorded.

● Photos, audio or video recordings shall not be made during the oral presentation without the permission of the presenter/author.
