Professionalism is a mindset. By being active members of our community, we work to promote understanding, knowledge, and communication within our profession. These translate to practical skills and extend to how we interact with professors, faculty, and our sisters. Learning from one another is one of the most valuable skills as we work to promote women in our careers and lives.
