The Beginner's Guide to iGEM

With the impact of COVID-19 closing all our laboratory facilities, we decided to embark on a project in order to help future iGEM teams get started! With that, the Beginner's Guide to iGEM was born! The UCONN 2020 iGEM team has put together the most important information that we thought was necessary to get new iGEM teams started and get them up-to-date on the basics of synthetic bio, genetic engineering, and how to develop a project from beginning to end!
