Our program combines lab skills and safety training with developing a long-term project focusing on solving real-world problems. Students learn how to think long term and troubleshoot, as well as how to collaborate with others as they develop key biotechnology skills.
We welcome any and all donations, which will be used to further our goals of providing undergraduates with research experience and lab skills. Contributions may be made through the UCONN foundation below. Search 'IGEM' and select 'Student Organizations Fund - International Genetically Engineered Machine Team at UConn (iGEM, UConn)'.
