The Stevens Creek Urban Village (SCUV) boundaries include several school districts and has a goal of adding at least 3860 new households. Yet the SCUV plan makes no mention of school capacity.

- Stevens Creek Blvd. (West): 1300 housing units (all within Cupertino Union SD and Fremont Union SD)
- Stevens Creek Blvd. (Middle): 1750 housing units (majority within Cupertino Union SD and Fremont Union SD)
- Stevens Creek Blvd. (East): 810 housing units (all within Campbell Union SD/High SD area)
Stevens Creek Urban Village Total: 3860 housing units.
Total within the CUSD/FUSD area: 2800-3000 units, bringing thousands of new students, with no plans to address capacity at already overcrowded Cupertino High, Hyde Middle, and Eisenhower Elementary Schools. Overflow students will be sent to DeVargas, Sedgewick, Miller and Lynbrook.
