Step 2:

Select the chromosome condition you would like to calculate and maternal age at EDD for the patient from the drop lists.

Step 3:

After selecting the chromosome/age, you must run the calculator by selecting the "Calculate" button. Prior to this, you will see the sensitivity/specificity of the test for the chromosome/age combination you have proposed; however, this is NOT the final result of the calculation.

Step 4:

After running the calculator, the final results (positive/negative predictive value) and false positive/negative rate will be shown. This is the final result of the calculator.
