Congratulations on being offered an interview!

You can schedule to attend the following events in the Interview Selection System site:

Information Session

Attendance for the information session is not mandatory.
Please RSVP when you're scheduling your interview.

Interview Dates

We will be holding our interviews from February 6 - February 17 2023.

There will be multiple interview days throughout the interview period, with interview times in the morning, afternoon, and evening (PST).

Not all days have the same amount of spots available. You will see how many are available on each day when you schedule through the Interview Selection System.

PLEASE NOTE: As you're scheduling your interview, please be mindful that on the day of your interview, it may start later than your scheduled time. Please do not schedule for another interview back-to-back.

You will be interviewed for 60 minutes in total with two 20 minute interviews with faculty and one 20 minute interview with a resident via Zoom. You will not know who your interviewer(s) is ahead of time.

Rescheduling Your Interview

If you have scheduled an interview on the CaRMS website and need to reschedule, please send an email to ros.wisenthal@ubc.ca to request a change.

In your email, please state the following:

your current scheduled date (if you have one)
which date(s) you would like to change to
which time you prefer, or if you're available all day

All changes are on a first-come-first-serve basis. You will be notified as soon as a spot opens up.

Virtual Information Session

Our Chief Residents will show you how attractive Vancouver and the program is with a presentation. You will also meet our Program Director,
Dr. Mark Roberts, as well as other faculty and the admin team.
