1 hour before your interviews
You should already have Zoom downloaded and created an account. It is best to use the downloaded version of Zoom, rather than to use the browser version.
If you don't have Zoom downloaded, do so now. You never know if any obstacles may come up when you download something new.
It is a good idea to test your equipment ahead of time (headphones, microphone, camera)
Always use wired internet, if possible.
10 - 20 minutes before your interviews
Join the Zoom meeting, you will be placed in the Waiting Room. Sitting in the waiting room may help you mentally be ready and can make you look professional as you're not scrambling to log in last minute. When your interview time approaches, you will be notified and then placed in a breakout room with your interviewer/s.
As interviews may or may not end on time, your interview may not start on time. Please avoid booking back to back interviews.
If the interview before you ends early, you will be asked if you are ready to be interviewed ahead of your scheduled time. You will never be pushed into your interview before your scheduled time without a heads up.
60 minutes- Your interviews
You will be privately messaged to inform you will be brought into your first interview room.
Take a deep breath, and begin!
You will be moved to your next interviewer after 20 minutes and then again after 40 minutes.
