Legazpi City Convention Center (L3C), is the home of UAP Legazpi Conference and Exhibits since 2018 and hosted two UAP Area Assemblies with the support of the City Government of Legazpi. 

Located in the Regional Center of Bicol, the Legazpi City Convention Center handles national-level events from various institutions while showcasing exclusive regional features where visitors not just Learn and Connect, but also Explore Legazpi City.
