The UAP Legazpi Conference and Exhibits (LECONEX) is the United Architects of the Philippines – Legazpi Chapter’s premier event platform for Architects, home builders, industry professionals and construction manufacturers to Learn, Connect, and Explore the latest trends and innovations in architecture and construction industry while hosting Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Conference for Architects near and within the Bicol Region.

LECONEX started as CONEX Legazpi in 2018 as a way to bring the UAP National Events closer to Bicol Region and to cater the ever growing number of Bicolano Architects in the pursuit of Continuing Professional Development and ease of renewal of Professional License.

In 2019, the UAP National initiative of rebranding for Regional Identities transforms it to Legazpi Conference and Exhibits – LECONEX.

In 2023 after the UAP Area B Assembly, LECONEX expanded to accommodate architects from the National Capital Region and nearby regions interested in the event as a way to promote regional tourism – forming the slogan “LEARN – CONNECT – EXPLORE – Experience Legazpi”.

In 2024 LECONEX started to explore simultaneous and side events like the Regional Oath Taking and Induction Ceremonies for New Architects together with the Professional Regulation Commission – Regional Office V, and Seminars for UAP Student and Graduate Auxiliary members.
