1.Upon logging in to your LERIS Account, click SELECT TRANSACTION,

2.Click INITIAL REGISTRATION from the pop-up menu, select in Profession options arrow ARCHITECT.

3.Enter your Application Number (from NOA), scroll down, and click PROCEED.

4.Select your preferred PRC Regional Office from the drop down options where your want to proceed for Initial Registration and select from the available date and time for your appointment.

(For those who attended the Regional Oathtaking Ceremonies of PRC Region 5, you may select PRC Legazpi.)

5.Click PROCEED to load Payment Options.

6.Select your preferred Payment Options from the list that will appear below.

7. Verify all details in the Transaction Summary and click SUBMIT to get your Reference Number to be used in your payment through your Payment Channel page. 

8. After your payment, click EXISTING TRANSACTION to verify your transaction details. 

9. Print OATH FORM and EOR (Electronic Official Receipt) to be presented to PRC Regional Office of your choice. Wait for the issuance of your first PRC License Card.
