1.Upon logging in to your LERIS Account, click SELECT TRANSACTION,

2.Click OATH from the pop-up menu, select in Oath Type options arrow Face to Face Mass Oath Taking, select in Profession options arrow ARCHITECT.

3.Enter your Application Number (from NOA) and click PROCEED.

4.Select your preferred PRC Regional Office from the drop down options where your want to attend.

(For those who will attend the Regional Oathtaking Ceremonies of PRC Region 5, select PRC Legazpi.)

( You may also add your ALTERNATE EMAIL. )

5.Click Next to proceed to Submit Transaction.

6.Read the GUIDELINES FOR FACE TO FACE MASS OATH TAKING and click SUBMIT APPLICATION to generate your Reference Number.

7.Save/Screenshot the generated Reference Number.

CLICK TO GO BACK and click Existing Transactions at the left side of the page.

8.Click PRINT OATH FORM  with clearly printed QR Code and BRING IT to the Oath taking venue.
