The only app I am aware of that gives turn by turn audible navigation instructions (free) - maping using Open Street Maps
You can plan routes on computer, they snap to roads and paths within National Park area (Paid, Free Trial)
Use this to create a route between 2 points, it shows all cycle paths and National Routes, you can choose Fast or Quiet routes
Maps LOTS of information, switch the Cycleability option on and it will show the ratings given for any road or path
This site maps cycle friendly Cafes across the country, also available as an App on Android (search for Cycling Cafe Map) and on Facebook
Strava - A mobile phone & PC App, You can track and record your ride (Free) but must pay to create or import Routes
Note Komoot Strava, Google and Apple Maps can also give voice guidance (Subscriptions required)
In the following routes GPX data files may be provided or links to the rides using Garmin Connect information given, these can be loaded to any compatible navigation software.
Note for Garmin Connect routes you can download GPX or FIT data by opening the map and clicking three dots ... at bottom right of the Information box (on a computer).

The only other Free Navigation example is BikeGPX available to download from Google Play Store or Apple App Store it provides a 3D navigation view of route.
If using BikeGPX you can directly load a route from Garmin by entering the web address listed into the 'Select Route' screen.

A variation on Route 1 in the library but using tracks in a few areas, It is all passable on Hybrid bike. Rating 1/2
The differences are:
Turn Right on Passfield Road after crossing the River Wey and follow track.
Turn Right on Longmore Road @ Griggs Green (onto quite overgrown bridleway) over A3 footbridge,
Join Gravel track around Woolmer forest firing ranges,
Turn left across gravel bridge and through Longmoor inclosure (old railway line) , continue along Liss Riverside Railway walk to Liss Station
