TEXAS FORUM -- PROPOSITION 8

"The constitutional amendment to prohibit the legislature from imposing death taxes applicable to a decedent's property or the transfer of an estate, inheritance, legacy, succession, or gift." 

The purpose of this forum is to provide a space where Texans can share their thoughts, voting rational and perspectives on the proposed constitutional amendments in a civil, constructive and respectful manner for the benefit of all Texans to be informed voters.  Any disrespectful, offensive or irrelevant comments may be removed and/or user access blocked.
