TEXAS FORUM -- PROPOSITION 5

"The constitutional amendment authorizing the legislature to exempt from ad valorem taxation tangible personal property consisting of animal feed held by the owner of the property for sale at retail." 

The purpose of this forum is to provide a space where Texans can share their thoughts, voting rational and perspectives on the proposed constitutional amendments in a civil, constructive and respectful manner for the benefit of all Texans to be informed voters.  Any disrespectful, offensive or irrelevant comments may be removed and/or user access blocked.
