TEXAS FORUM -- PROPOSITION 3

"The constitutional amendment requiring the denial of bail under certain circumstances to persons accused of certain offenses punishable as a felony." 

The purpose of this forum is to provide a space where Texans can share their thoughts, voting rational and perspectives on the proposed constitutional amendments in a civil, constructive and respectful manner for the benefit of all Texans to be informed voters.  Any disrespectful, offensive or irrelevant comments may be removed and/or user access blocked.
