Last reviewed September 2026. These terms govern access to and use of this website, including every page, diagram, caption, quotation, table and legal notice (the Site). Loading a page accepts them. If you do not accept them, leave. A later review, once published on the page, replaces this wording for use after that date. This review does not promise a later one.
The Site is published by the person or organisation that controls the publication you are reading (the Publisher). No company name, ABN, postal address or public email is printed at this review date. That absence is deliberate. It does not create an account, a client relationship, a betting service, or a contract to take a wager. It does not mean the pages are unfinished, parked, or "coming soon". The notes are the publication. There is no separate destination behind them.
The law of Australia governs these terms. If a dispute about the Site can be heard in court, the courts of Australia may hear it, subject to any mandatory consumer-law forum that applies to you. Nothing on the Site is a submission to a foreign gambling regulator, and nothing on the Site is legal advice about which regulator applies to you.
The Site is an educational notebook on two sports: cricket and greyhound racing. It compares public documents with the way a broadcast usually talks. It quotes named people, dates the quotation, and keeps the limit the speaker put on it. It marks diagrams as teaching sketches and photographs as illustrations from a named source. A reader can finish a page and stop. Links to other pages on the Site are cross-references, not a funnel and not a bridge to another site.
The pages are written to be read. They are not a doorway, a gateway, or an intermediate page whose only job is to send you elsewhere. They are not a template with the sport name swapped. The cricket note and the greyhound note fail if a paragraph can be moved from one to the other without becoming false.
The Site is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, totalisator or wagering intermediary. It is not an offer, invitation or inducement to bet. It is not financial, credit, legal, tax, veterinary or medical advice. It is not a prediction that a match or a race will finish a particular way. It is not a ranking, review or endorsement of operators, tracks, clubs, trainers or curators. It is not a payment facility, wallet, jackpot or club. It is not an official site of the ICC, Cricket Australia, the MCC, GRSA, GWIC, GBGB, or any state or territory government.
Example figures, where they appear, illustrate a published standard or a reported count. They are not prices at which anyone will settle a bet. A date such as September 2026, or 1 October 2026 where the ICC note is used, is when wording was checked against a document. It is not the date a race or match will be run. If any page is read as a tip, a staking plan, or a promise of profit, that reading is wrong.
The notes are written for this Site. They cite the document a figure comes from. They are not a mirror, a frame, or a scrape of another site, and they are not pre-generated pages with a place name swapped in. A quotation is someone else's sentence, marked as theirs. A Pathway time is GRSA's standard, marked as theirs. The comparison — which number must not be carried across tracks, which clock must not be carried across formats — is the Site's.
The Site does not sell advertising. It does not carry affiliate links, promo codes, or operator widgets. It is not built to show ads. If a host platform places a control of its own around the publication, that control is the host's, and it is not an endorsement by the Publisher. No paid placement buys a sentence in a note.
You must be 18 or older. If you are under 18 you must not use the Site. You are responsible for whether reading commentary on racing, and on the existence of betting markets, is lawful where you are. The Publisher does not warrant that the Site is appropriate or legal in every country or every Australian state and territory. Greyhound racing is lawful in some Australian states and is not run as a commercial industry in the Australian Capital Territory. Reading the Site does not authorise you to gamble, to attend a track, or to treat a stewards' sentence from one state as if it governed another.
Wagering can cause financial harm, relationship harm and mental-health harm. The Site does not teach you how to stay in control while betting, and it does not offer counselling. In Australia, Gambling Help Online is gamblinghelponline.org.au and 1800 858 858. Elsewhere, use the local service. Naming the line is not an endorsement of wagering and not a service provided by the Publisher.
A figure is tied to the outlet or rule book named beside it. If a news retelling differs from an ICC playing condition, a Cricket Australia notice, a GRSA table, or a controlling body's rule, the primary document wins. The Publisher can still be wrong about a date or a clause. A correction is a change to the page. The Site does not host comments. The Publisher does not undertake to update the Site after this review. Absence of an update is not a representation that the underlying rule is unchanged.
Text and diagrams written for the notebook must not be passed off as an ICC, Cricket Australia, MCC, GWIC, GRSA or GBGB document. The race photograph is used as an illustration. The source page is named in the caption. It is not the Publisher's photograph. You may link to a page. You may not scrape the notes onto another site and present them as your reporting.
The Publisher aims for pages that load in ordinary browsers. A host outage, a platform cookie, or a browser setting is outside the notes. The Site does not require an account to be read. It does not show an access wall by country. If a platform later blocks a region, that block is the platform's, and it is not a rule of these terms.
The Site is offered as is. To the extent the law allows, the Publisher is not liable for a decision taken on the strength of a note, including a decision to bet, to attend a track, to treat a Pathway time as portable, or to read a rule in a particular way. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that Australian law does not allow to be excluded.
