Last reviewed September 2026. This notice describes what this notebook does with information. It is not a notice for the host platform. If the pages are published on Google Sites or another host, that host has its own policy for logs and cookies it sets. Read that policy for the host's practices. Read this one for the Publisher's.
The Site does not ask you to create an account. It does not take a bet. It does not run a mailing list. It does not publish an email address. There is no contact form, no comment box, and no member login at this review date. If a later version adds any of those, this page has to be rewritten before the collection starts.
The Publisher is the person or organisation that controls the publication, named only as the Publisher. No company name, ABN or public email is printed, on purpose. That limits what a reader can ask the Publisher to retrieve. It does not mean personal information is being quietly collected in a form.
The Site does not ask for a name, a postal address, a telephone number, a passport, a driver's licence, a date of birth, payment details, or a document that identifies you. It does not embed a payment form. It does not use the pages to build an advertising profile. Analytics owned by the notebook are not connected at this review date. There is no reader list to sell or rent.
Hosting usually writes technical logs: IP address, time of the request, browser type, and the page requested. Those logs belong to the operator of the publication, under that operator's policy. This notebook does not keep a separate reader database and does not combine logs with an identity. There is no identity on the Site to combine them with.
IP addresses and device data can be personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) when they are about an identified person or a person who is reasonably identifiable. The Publisher does not use host logs to identify readers. A request about logs the Publisher does not hold has to go to the host, under the host's process.
Cookies are described on the cookies page. At this review the notebook sets no advertising pixel and no analytics script of its own. A cookie that appears is the platform's. Refusing cookies is a browser setting. It is not a membership preference, because there is no membership.
The Site is for adults. Notes that mention racing, injury counts and wagering are not addressed to anyone under 18. The Publisher does not knowingly collect information from children. A person under 18 should leave.
No public email is printed, on purpose. The Site is not offering a service that needs a correspondence channel. A request for a copy of data the Site does not hold cannot be met in substance. A privacy complaint about a host's logs belongs with that host, or with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if the host is subject to the Australian Privacy Principles and its own complaint process is exhausted. This page is not that process, and it is not legal advice about whether a particular host is subject to those principles.
Readers may open the pages from outside Australia. The Publisher does not move a reader list offshore, because there is no reader list. A host may store logs in another country under its own terms. That storage is the host's disclosure to make, not a transfer arranged by this notebook.
There is no account to breach and no payment record to encrypt. The Publisher still relies on the host to serve pages as published. Do not send identity documents or betting account details to the Site. There is nowhere on the Site to send them.
If the Site later collects anything it does not collect now — a form, a counter, a mailing list, an embed — this page has to be rewritten before that collection starts. Silence is not consent to a new practice. The review date at the top is the date of this wording, not a promise of continuous monitoring.
