YLives 10 Day Form

YLCC ARRIVAL FORM: You will need to ensure your Arrival Form is updated and accurate in YL Connect Camp 48 hours before your arrival, by Noon on that day. Please be sure to have the following information updated for EACH PERSON (leader, mom, child, childcare). If you are stuck in that process, please review the YLCC User Guide linked in the "Helpful Resources" of this page. 

You can edit these items by going to the Arrival Form and clicking "edit" on the far right next to each person registered.

• HC Form Status (Health Form)

• Housing Preference 

Please select 48-Hour Complete button when done. It will then email camp and let them know you have submitted. Selecting 48 hour complete also allows you to check-in everyone at the bus at one time without marking each person individually.

DAY 1 CALL-IN on July 20, 2026 by 10AM, EST

Day 1 Call-In: The Day 1 Call-In is a phone call to the Timber Wolf office (231-839-7552) on Day 1 by 10:00am EST. No form required.

Reminder to check everyone in on the arrival form as you are departing home. Remember if you 48-Hour Complete button has been selected you can check everyone in with the push of one button. Please mark campers and babies who don't arrive as NO SHOW.
