One of our board members will communicate cancellations, delays, etc., to the SwimTopia Mobile App, so it is vital you download it after registering.

No! It's completely dependent on your child's comfort level. If they would like to practice with us but not compete, that's totally fine.

A swimsuit, googles, water bottle, towel, fins, and a positive attitude.

We strive to accommodate every Twisters365 family and understand that illnesses and unexpected circumstances can arise. Because Twisters365 operates on a monthly payment system, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed practices. If your child needs to miss due to illness or another circumstance, please let us know. We want to support our swimmers however we can and are happy to work with families to ensure each child continues to have a positive experience with the program.
