We love our Twisters and Twisters365 community and want to provide a positive, safe, and rewarding experience for all swimmers, families, coaches, and volunteers. Please review the policies below.
The safety of our swimmers is always our highest priority.
All swimmers are expected to:
Follow coach instructions at all times.
Walk on the pool deck.Use equipment appropriately.
Remain in designated areas unless instructed otherwise.
Refrain from roughhousing, horseplay, or unsafe behavior.
Swimmers who do not follow safety expectations may be removed from practice.
Practices may be delayed or canceled when weather conditions create unsafe swimming conditions.
Practice will be suspended when:
Lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius.
Heavy rain prevents visibility to the bottom of the pool.
Air temperatures fall below 60°F.
Other hazardous conditions are present.
Practice may resume no sooner than 30 minutes after the last lightning strike.
Because weather-related cancellations are beyond our control, refunds or credits cannot be issued for canceled practices.
At Twisters365, our swimmers and families are our top priority, and we strive to accommodate families whenever possible.
Due to the structure of our monthly enrollment system, tuition payments are non-refundable and cannot be credited for missed practices.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our program.
Parents and spectators play an important role in creating a positive environment for all swimmers.
Parents agree to:
Encourage effort, learning, and sportsmanship.
Treat coaches, volunteers, officials, and other families with respect.
Address concerns privately and respectfully.Allow coaches to provide instruction during practice.
Support a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Parents and spectators who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave the facility.
Twisters365 swimmers are expected to:
Demonstrate good sportsmanship.
Treat teammates, coaches, volunteers, and facility staff with respect.
Encourage others and foster a positive team culture.
Listen attentively and follow instructions.Use appropriate language.
Display honesty and integrity both in and out of the water.
Twisters365 is committed to fostering an environment where every swimmer and family feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
Bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or hateful conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
Clothing, signs, accessories, or other items displaying discriminatory, hateful, threatening, disruptive, or political messages or imagery are prohibited on the pool deck.
Our goal is to ensure that every member of the Twisters365 community feels safe, supported, and included.
Twisters365 is committed to providing a safe, positive, and supportive environment for all athletes.
Minor athletes participating in Twisters365 practices, clinics, and events should remain under the supervision of their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before and after scheduled activities. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children while at the facility outside of practice times.
Any behavior that may be harmful to athletes, including bullying, harassment, misconduct, abuse, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct, will not be tolerated. Concerns regarding athlete safety should be reported immediately to a coach, program director, or facility staff member.
Photography or video recording from locker rooms, restrooms, changing areas, or any private spaces is strictly prohibited.
Twisters365 is committed to maintaining an environment where every athlete feels safe, respected, and supported. Failure to follow these expectations may result in removal from practice, suspension from program activities, or other disciplinary action as determined by the coaching staff.
Twisters365 maintains high standards of sportsmanship and behavior for swimmers, parents, coaches, and spectators.
The following are prohibited:
Profanity or inappropriate language.
Bullying or harassment.
Disrespect toward coaches, volunteers, officials, or teammates.
Unsafe or disruptive behavior.
Coaches reserve the right to address behavioral concerns and make decisions regarding team conduct.
For the health and safety of all swimmers, participants should remain home if they have:
A fever within the previous 24 hours.
Vomiting or diarrhea within the previous 24 hours.
A contagious illness or infection.
Any condition that could place themselves or others at risk.
Twisters365 may occasionally photograph or record practices, clinics, and events for promotional and educational purposes.
Families who prefer that their swimmer not appear in photographs or videos should notify the coaching staff in writing.
Cell phones and electronic devices should not interfere with practices.
Swimmers may be asked to put away devices if they become distracting or disruptive.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that swimmers are picked up promptly following practice.
Twisters365 staff are responsible for swimmers only during scheduled practice times and are not responsible for supervision before or after practice.
When behavioral concerns arise, Twisters365 will seek to address them respectfully and constructively.
Consequences may include:
Verbal reminder.
Communication with parents or guardians.
Temporary removal from practice.
Suspension or dismissal from the program for repeated or serious violations.
The coaching staff reserves the right to determine appropriate disciplinary action based on the circumstances.
Questions or concerns are always welcome.
Families are encouraged to communicate respectfully with coaches and staff. Concerns should be addressed privately and not during active practice sessions so coaches can give their full attention to swimmer safety and instruction.
