This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for TurkWorld premium purchases made through Google Play.
TurkWorld may offer premium access through Google Play, including:
A monthly subscription plan; and/or
A one-time lifetime purchase.
Premium access may unlock additional learning content, features, words, phrases, flashcards, quizzes, conversations, stories, audio, and other premium materials.
If TurkWorld offers a monthly subscription, the subscription is managed through Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the user’s Google Play account before the next billing date.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments unless a refund is approved according to Google Play’s refund policies or applicable law.
TurkWorld may offer a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks premium access without recurring monthly or yearly fees.
This purchase is processed through Google Play Billing and may be restored on eligible devices using the same Google account used for the original purchase, subject to Google Play policies.
If you purchase TurkWorld Premium and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Type of purchase: monthly subscription or one-time lifetime purchase
A brief reason for the refund request
Screenshot or receipt, if available
Please do not send payment card details, bank information, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.
Refund approval may depend on Google Play’s refund process, applicable store policies, and the status of the purchase.
All Android purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.
We do not receive or store users’ payment card details, bank information, billing credentials, or Google account password.
Refunds for purchases made through Google Play may be requested through Google Play’s refund process. Google may process refund requests according to its own policies and procedures.
Where possible, we may help guide users through the appropriate refund or support process.
If a refund is approved, premium access may be removed, disabled, or revoked.
For subscriptions, canceling future renewal does not necessarily remove access immediately. Access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless Google Play or the refund process revokes access earlier.
For refunded one-time purchases, premium access may be disabled after the refund is processed.
If you believe you made a duplicate or accidental purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help guide you through the appropriate refund or Google Play support process.
If you purchased Premium but cannot access premium features, please contact us before requesting a refund.
We will try to help you restore your purchase or resolve the issue.
Common solutions may include:
Checking the Google account used for the purchase
Using the “Restore Purchase” option, if available
Confirming internet access for purchase validation
Updating the app to the latest version
Refund requests may be refused or unsupported where there is evidence of abuse, misuse, repeated refund behavior, unauthorized redistribution, modification of the app, or attempts to bypass payment, licensing, or premium access systems.
This does not limit any rights users may have under applicable law or Google Play policies.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
