We recognize that experiencing discrimination is an event that evokes many different emotions: fear, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and so many others. Re-living these experiences by speaking out about your own trauma or reading the words of others can be triggering for the ones that have experienced racism and discrimination. For others, it sparks a fire to learn how to do and be better. It drives change.
