Welcome to TurboTed

Hello there! I'm Ted. I'm 20 and from Worcestershire in the United Kingdom. I've been creating reskins amongst other content for Train Simulator since September 2018. My favourite train are the Class 170 Turbostars.

In 2018, I initially started out as TSted Designs - short for TrainSimTed Designs. TSted Designs was created as a base for my Train Simulator content including reskins and patches with aim to posting real-life train photography in the not too distant future. 

This then brought us to September 2020 - 2 years since the first reskins were created, some which were popular amongst the Train Simulator community. However, it was decided that the TSted Designs name would be brought to an end in favour of a new identity: TurboTed (also @turboted170 on various social media channels). Since then train spotting has been added to the TurboTed portfolio and with new and improved reskins along for the ride too. 

September 2022 marked 2 years of TurboTed branding in use alongside 4 years of making reskins and patches for Train Simulator. During that time, over 100 reskins had been made representing a multitude of train companies including London Midland, South West Trains, First Great Western, ScotRail and more. However, in that time and even now some reskins and patches see an unfortunate end as they've been withdrawn in favour newer fresher content that meets my much higher standards than when I began making them 6 years ago. As they say, the rest is history...
