The pursuit of an independent state dedicated to safeguarding and advancing natal women’s interests — within a patriarchal system that has harrowingly (and legally) suppressed natal women's intellectual potential, for centuries, often conditioning their safety and security on continued compliance — is more than daunting; it appears almost futile. 

Yet it is precisely this unwavering conviction that is required to sustain any genuine aspiration for natal women's self-determination and to confront more than two millennia of codified gender discrimination, at all costs. I'm too late. But better late than never.

It is essential to highlight the severability clause contained in paragraph 904 of that Risk Assessment, which is reproduced in full below. 

The clause reads:

“In this regard, a severability clause is incorporated: Should any provision of this petition be adjudged unenforceable or invalid by competent authority, such adjudication shall not impair the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall persist in full force and effect as if the invalid portion had not been included.”

This severability clause is of critical importance. It protects the integrity of the petition against those who may seek to undermine, discredit, or perpetuate women's subjugation ad infinitum by seizing upon any isolated technical imperfection — such as a broken link, a misdirected reference, or an inadvertent error — within 1,500+ pages of serious advocacy prepared under severe time constraints. 

In a world that never grants enough time for perfection, the substance of this work must endure.
