Tunaishi Foundation is looking for volunteers!
We are not looking for one specific talent/ profession, due to the big variety of projects we have running. Hence, no matter if you're a teacher, health professional, artist, finance professional,...etc., we have work for you.
In general, we can always need help, so if you have knowledge that you would like to share with us and the community, feel welcome to contact us!
E-mail: tunaishi3k@gmail.com

Taxi (approx. 100 USD/ 240.000 tsh)
Free Time
While volunteering at Tunaishi Foundation to make a difference and help others in need, you'll also want to get out and explore the country. You may be wondering if you will have enough time to explore and engage in entertainment while in Tanzania.
You'll be happy to discover you'll have plenty of free time in the evenings and weekends to explore and go sightseeing. Although the Foundation does not organize activities during this time off, our local staff and coordinators can provide valuable assistance in making appropriate travel arrangements in Tanzania to various interesting and scenic spots such as Mikumi national park, Udizugwa national park, Mt. kilimanjaro, Ngorongoro national park and Zanzibari.,...etc.
Sometimes volunteers can get permission to board extra luggage, by contacting their airline.
All you have to do is phone the airline and say that you are going to Tunaishi foundation to do volunteer work and that you need extra luggage to donate used laptops, children's clothing, shoes, school supplies etc…, further request a written permission from the airline (not all airlines co-operate).
Please feel free to contact us at tunaishi3k@gmail.com for a list of most needed supplies.
