For an annual financial participation, Tunaishi Foundation Associates are legitimate members of the NGO and may actively contribute to mapping its path and evolutions. Organizing your own fundraising event 

Could you host your own small fundraising event? How about a coffee morning with friends and family with a suggested donation to attend (in person or via video call)? Maybe hosting a virtual quiz for far-flung friends? Don your chef’s outfit and create your own Come Dine With Me or MasterChef evening for friends. Perhaps you’ve got the baking bug during lockdown and don’t know what to do with all the banana bread – how about selling it to neighbors and loved ones? Over the years we’ve seen some amazing ideas which people have come up with to raise money for us – including offering tank rides!

Leaving a gift in your Will

When it comes to making your Will, we understand that your first priority will be to provide for your loved ones.  If you are interested in leaving something to a charity in your Will, we would love you to consider Moonlight Community development foundation. The gift you leave could secure the futures of vulnerable young people in Tanzania. If you decide to include a gift to Moonlight in your Will, or you have any questions about this please do contact us. The best way to make or amend a Will is through your solicitor but please contact us if you have any questions or special requests for how your gift would be used to ensure every young person in Tanzania has a chance of building a happy, secure future for themselves, free from poverty.

Sometimes you realize you do not need gifts. Instead: the act of giving is more fulfilling. For your birthday or for any other event in your life, you could share your happiness with the people in Ifakara Tanzania. Collect donations from friends and family and make a medical caravan possible, give children a chance via the sponsorship program or much more.
