Dear Beef Exhibitor/Parent/Advisor:

As  you may know the Tulare County Cattle Drive Beef Boosters (TCCDBB) was formed in 2007 to support beef cattle exhibitors at the Tulare County Fair.  As a non-profit booster club, our goal is to help students succeed in the beef industry through financial assistance with fair projects and scholarships. 

To support you, we need your help. We ask a few things from our exhibitors in order to participate in the TCCDBB program and receive boosters funds.

The following requirements (more information on each is included later) need to be done in order to qualify for the added money:

• Fill out the online 2025 Boosters registration form:

• Participate in the mandatory parent/exhibitor meeting on March 31 at 5:30PM at the Exeter High School Ag Department (435 Sierra Dr, Exeter, CA 93221)

• Help at the Beef Boosters Dinner – Setup, Service, and Cleanup.

• Sell 20 Raffle Tickets 

• Procure a Silent Auction Item 

• Provide a Marketing Poster for Your Project(s)

• Participate in the Interview Contest at the Fair

It is imperative that you finish these items or you will not qualify for added money!!! Exhibitors are eligible to receive financial support for one market beef animal and/or one commercial heifer project. The boosters will also award extra funds to the exhibitor that wins the ultrasound carcass contest (based on an ultrasound conducted at the fair), champion bred commercial heifer, showmanship contests and the champion market beef animal.
