We are a week plus away from the annual beef boosters dinner.
A few reminders:
MAY 23rd: Turn in a detailed description of your silent auction item. Item needs to be valued at a minimum of $50. Please remember items that are heat sensitive should not be brought (cheese, wine, chocolate, etc). If you are providing a gift basket please send a list of all the items in the basket.
MAY 30th: Dinner Set up from 6-8 PM at Ritchies Barn. 16338 Ave 308, Visalia, CA 93292. There are two entrances West and East. Enter via the East entrance by the roping steers pen/arena. The west entrance has the mailbox - the gate there may be closed. Wear whatever is comfortable for set up.
MAY 30th: Your raffle ticket money and STUBS need to be turned in on May 31st at the dinner set up. Please have your money ORGANIZED and whenever you can have cash converted to a check - please do.
MAY 30th: Your marketing poster(s) is due and will be exhibited at the dinner. The posters will be judged at the fair. We realize you may not be able to put some information (sale time) on the poster - you will not be penalized for that in the judging. You will take the poster(s) home after the dinner so they can be freshened up and brought back to the fair. You do not need to attach the letter or list of people you sent the letter to on the back of the poster for the dinner. This is only necessary to have for the fair.
May 31st: Work the dinner from 4:30-10:30 PM. You will be given a t-shirt to wear with nice (no holes) jeans for the event.
