We are Richmond’s only dog walking company offering same-day, on-demand booking with a two-hour turnaround. That means when your meeting runs long or your plans change, your dog still gets their walk.

Fully vetted, W-2 employees. Every walker on our team is a direct employee, not a gig contractor. We accept fewer than 1 in 200 applicants and put every new hire through a 24-hour training program before they ever enter a client’s home. Your dog is walked by a professional, not a stranger who signed up yesterday.
Insured, bonded, and certified. We carry full liability coverage, workers’ compensation, and bonding. Our entire team is Fear Free Certified and CPR/First Aid certified through Pet Pro Hero. We hold active membership in the Pet Sitters International (PSI) professional association.
Force-free philosophy. Every service we provide is rooted in positive reinforcement. No corrections, no fear, no force.

Dog Walks: 20, 40, or 60-minute neighborhood walks, available on a recurring or on-demand basis. Priced from $25 recurring, $30 on-demand.
Field Trips: Supervised outings to parks, trails, and pet-friendly destinations around Richmond. Priced from $50 recurring, $55 on-demand.
Enrichment Visits: Backyard playtime and engagement without a walk. Ideal for puppies, senior dogs, and pets with mobility considerations. Priced from $25 recurring, $30 on-demand.
Specialty Packages: Tailored programs for puppies, senior dogs, working dogs, and newly adopted rescue dogs. See our Services page for full details.
RACC Shelter Outings: Our team has taken Richmond Animal Care & Control shelter dogs on 275 outings, contributing to a 95% adoption rate for participating animals. Sponsorship and donation opportunities available.
Dog Training: Positive reinforcement online courses through our professional partnership.
SERVICE AREA: We serve Richmond, VA and surrounding neighborhoods.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm, scheduled in two-hour windows.
BOOK YOUR MEET & GREET
Every new client begins with a Meet & Greet. This is a formal assessment, not a quick hello. We learn your dog’s needs, your household routine, and any considerations that affect care quality. It’s the first step in a relationship built on trust.
