Your First Step: The Meet & Greet
Every new client relationship starts with a Meet & Greet. This is a structured in-home assessment, not a brief introduction. We will learn your dog’s history, temperament, routine, and any specific care considerations. You will meet your walker, see how we work, and have every question answered before your first booking.
The Meet & Greet exists because we take the relationship seriously. It is the same reason we reject more than 99.5% of walker applicants. When we accept a client, we are committing to a professional standard. The Meet & Greet is where that commitment begins.
