Algorithm to automatically track internal layers from echograms of ice sounder radar.

Exploratory project

Develop methodologies to automatically track multiple internal layers of ice sounder echogram deployed in Greendland and Antarctica.  This project involves:

• Development of detection methods using CFAR and ANMS to reduce false peak detections due to side-lobes and noise

• Implementation of the Joint Generalized Labeled Multi-Bernoulli filter in MATLAB to perform multiple layer tracking
