Determine highest performing teachers via EOC and/or district-determined metrics that could impact TSIA2 math achievement across all campuses.
Determine largest achievement gaps in TSIA2 math achievement across all campuses.
Coordinate with campus principal and/or registrar to identify high performing teachers at campuses with greatest need in an effort to restructure their teaching assignments to assist those needs.
Identify campus staff (e.g., instructional coaches, assistant/associate principals, etc.) to support, monitor, and report back on TSIA2 success.
Provide time and support for intentional collaborationÂ
Invest in teacher supports related to professional learning, data use, instructional practice, and shared student teams.
Make staffing plans for TSIA2 math with highest performing coaches supporting 1x per week at lowest performing campuses.
Include TSIA2 metrics in accountability plan for teaching evaluation.
Support campus leaders with redesigning school schedules to meet TSIA2 outcomes.

Review historical teacher and student data and assign teachers with the strongest outcomes to teach TSIA2 aligned courses for math.
Provide targeted opportunities for instructional coaches to support student achievement via data activation for TSIA2.
Embed in-class supports such as additional time for small group instruction, push-in support, etc. for TSIA2 aligned courses.
