There have been so many people interested in attending that we've expanded the invitation to anyone with a connection to the Pine Gap community. If you have strong feelings and fond memories of your time in Alice Springs, however long or short, we welcome you!
As of August 17th, Reunion registration is closed. For questions or concerns, please reach out to one of the Reunion Committee Members on the Contacts page.
Yes, signing up is necessary. For the organized group events, we will be reserving venues and developing event budgets based on committed attendees. Most of the venues under consideration have both minimum (for business reasons) and maximum occupancy requirements mandated by fire safety code. There is an upper limit on attendance, and sign-ups will be first come, first served. Please note that this is a privately run event.
The reunion is a team effort by Pine Gap alumni shown on the Home page. For questions on specific events, please contact the event host. For general questions, please contact the Reunion Committee.
Please note that this is a private, not-for-profit, social event with no official connection or sanction by JDFPG.
The events we are hosting will be wheelchair accessible. For the public attractions, please see the applicable web site.
We certainly hope so! Reunion events are best organized and hosted by alumni local to the venue. We encourage geographic clusters of alumni to band together to create a reunion event of their own design. The reunion in Colorado Springs is likely going to be a one-time event because we believe others should also have the opportunity, and variety is good. Certainly a reunion in Alice Springs would be a popular attraction; we've had inquiries about doing just that however we must defer to the initiative of alumni in Alice Springs.
Individuals who have given permission to publish their names and e-mail addresses are shown in the FAQ "Who is attending?" Otherwise information can be obtained from individual connections at the reunion.
