1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to the following locations:
Vihiga County
Kisumu County
All orders within these areas will be delivered at no extra cost to the customer.
2. Delivery Areas and Charges
For orders outside Vihiga County and Kisumu County, the following applies:
Delivery charges will be calculated based on the delivery location and size/weight of the package.
Delivery charges will be clearly communicated during the checkout process or when confirming your order.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We strive to ensure timely deliveries. Below are the estimated delivery times:
Within Vihiga and Kisumu Counties: Delivery is completed within 1-2 business days.
Other Counties in Kenya: Delivery may take 2-5 business days depending on the location.
Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
You will receive a confirmation email or message with details about your order and expected delivery timeframe.
5. Delivery Methods
We partner with trusted local delivery services and courier companies to ensure safe and secure delivery of your orders. In some cases, our in-house delivery team may handle orders within Vihiga and Kisumu counties.
6. Delivery Tracking
For orders within Vihiga and Kisumu counties, you will be contacted via phone once your order is on the way.
For orders to other counties, tracking details (if available) will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
7. Missed Deliveries
If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
We will contact you to reschedule the delivery.
Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts outside Vihiga and Kisumu counties.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Kenya.
Certain items may have restrictions based on availability or delivery locations.
