The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (formerly known as the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline) offers 24/7 call, text and chat access to trained crisis counselors who can help people experiencing suicidal, substance use, and/or mental health crisis, or any other kind of emotional distress. People can also dial 988 if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support.

ParentGuidance.org is a website developed to help parents, guardians, and caregivers with parenting advice from top clinicians and experts who offer guidance around issues related to the most common challenges parents face today: anxiety, social media use, school avoidance, bullying, and more.
It offers on-demand, anonymous courses, and resources from experts who can help parents address common concerns, improve family relationships, and support your overall child's emotional well-being. The content is created by licensed therapists and experienced teachers! ParentGuidance.org wants to give parents and caregivers the tools they need to create a loving and supportive home for their children. The mission of Kaleidoscope is to provide peer support in a safe and understanding environment for children and their families who are grieving the death of a loved one.
The groups are free, on-going and meet every other week.
There are groups for the children’s parents or family members that meet at the same time as the children’s group.
Kaleidoscope is a wonderful place for children to process their grief with others.

Bethesda, Inc. is a United Way agency that provides counseling for children who have been sexually abused, and for their non-offending parents. Bethesda serves the entire state, although, most of their clients live within the eight counties nearest to our location in Norman. As of 2019, 95% of littles maintained or increased their academic performance. Bigs and Littles meet only at the child’s school. The match uses school facilities like the playground, library, gym and cafeteria for their match activities each week, for about an hour, during the school year. (Big Brothers Big Sisters of Norman)
