Polesden Lacey is a 1600 acre estate and an Edwardian house located near Dorking, Surrey. The first house was built in 1336. It belonged to the Rous family in 1630 who bought and rebuilt it. The last owner of the house was Margeret Greville and her husband up until 1942. The house is now owned by The National Trust.
