INGREDIENTS
½ cup melted coconut oil (use refined for a neutral flavor)
½ cup creamy almond butter
½ cup cacao powder
¼ cup pure maple syrup
⅛ teaspoon mineral salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut oil, almond butter, cacao powder, maple syrup, and salt. Whisk gently until everything is fully melted and smooth—no need to boil or overheat.
Once the mixture is silky and well blended, pour it into your prepared loaf pan.
Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow the fudge to set for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Slice and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge for a firmer bite or the freezer for a chilled treat anytime.
