INGREDIENTS
Two ripe bananas
1 cup smooth peanut butter, room temp
1 egg
1/3 cup of maple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup dark (70% or higher) chocolate chips
1 tsp of pearl powder (Optional, but gives an extra boost of calcium which helps soothe PMS symptoms during this cycle phase)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mash bananas till smooth.
Mix in the rest of the ingredients, minus chocolate chips.
Fold in chocolate chips to batter.
Pour contents into a parchment paper lined 8x8 pan (top with more chocolate chips if you so desire).
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Sub peanut butter with your favorite nut or seed butter!
