 • This is a special package for true fiber home internet, designed for customers who want high-speed home internet at an affordable price.

 • Installation process: On the installation day, the technician will install one basic device called a Converter. This device allows internet access via LAN cable only and does not provide Wi-Fi.

 • If you would like to use Wi-Fi, you must purchase or bring your own Wi-Fi router and connect it to the LAN port of the Converter provided with the CYOD package.

Please note again:

 1. This promotion does NOT include Wi-Fi.

There is no Wi-Fi router provided. Only a Converter modem will be installed, which supports LAN cable connection only. Therefore, you cannot use Wi-Fi until you connect your own Wi-Fi router to the LAN port.

 2. We only provide the application/registration for this package.

We do not sell Wi-Fi routers and cannot provide information about router models. Please check with the sales point where you plan to purchase the router, or you may buy one directly from the technician on site. Please confirm the equipment price with the technician at the installation site.

 3. Configuration of your Wi-Fi router must be done by yourself.
