Documents required for Foreigner

1. Original Work Permit
- The permit must have a remaining validity of no less than 6 months from the date of business registration. Accepted types of work permits include the following:
- Work Permit (Form Tor.11)
- Work Permit (Form Tor.15)
- E-Work Permit
- Digital Work Permit (D-WP)
- Certification of Employment Issued by the Embassy
- Diplomatic Identification Card (Member of Diplomatic Mission)
- Alien Work Permit Registration in Accordance with the Cabinet Resolution

In case a Work Permit is not available, the following additional documents may be used:
- An employment certificate issued by the employer, dated no more than 1 month from the issuance date
- A copy of the Thai house registration showing the name of the foreign applicant
- A driver’s license issued in Thailand

2. Passport with a valid visa approval stamp ;
For foreign nationals entering Thailand, the visa must have a remaining validity of no less than the specified period from the date of registration. The following four types of visas are accepted:
- Courtesy Visa (for individuals entering on the basis of goodwill or courtesy)
- Diplomatic Visa (for diplomats or diplomatic personnel)
- Non-Immigrant Visa (commonly used for retirees)
- Smart Visa (for highly skilled professionals, entrepreneurs, or investors).
- Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)
- Education Visa, along with a student status certification letter issued by the university

3. Electronic Travel Authorization (E-VISA)
- Business e-Visa – for those traveling to Thailand for business purposes
- Work e-Visa – for those traveling to Thailand to seek employment
- Long-term e-Visa – for long-term stay purposes, such as Retirement Visa or Dependent/Family Visa
- Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)
- Education Visa, along with a student status certification letter issued by the university

4. Copy of Bank Book (Savings Account Book from a Bank Operating in Thailand)
Together with a statement showing deposit and withdrawal transactions for the past 3 months from the registration date. Continuous transactions are not required.

Condition:
The registration application must always include both primary documents and supporting documents. The absence of either will result in the application being deemed incomplete.

👉 For using a POWER OF ATTORNEY

1) Certificate of Company/Partnership Registration, issued not more than 90 days
2) Power of Attorney
3) Stamp Duty (10 THB)
*****All documents must be signed and stamped.
4) A photocopy of the ID card of the person who is authorized to act for and on behalf of the Company/Partnership
5) ID card/ Passport of donee of power of attorney with a photocopy.
