Auction results are displayed separately to Buy It Now results. Auctions can be seen by selecting the appropriate tab underneath the results.
Please press the auction tab to display auction result
If Auctions are empty this means there are no items ending soon which meet your search criteria.

Please Note: Trove will alert you to Buy It Now items when they are listed and Auctions when they are soon ending.

1. Search turned off?
On the main menu are the auto-search switches on? If not Trove will not search for results
2. Unexpected filter?
There may be a filter set in Trove preventing items coming through such as: Price, Feedback, Category etc
Open the Search Edit screen, press "Edit Search in eBay" button and confirm that there are no unexpected eBay filters. Trove uses these filters along with the quick filters when searching for items and may be filtering items you expect to see.
A simple check/fix is creating a new search from scratch to avoid the above issue.

You can edit your Trove search within the eBay interface by pressing refine search on the search edit. (Screen shot above)
This will open your Trove search in eBay. Press the "Refine Button" and add attribute filters such as Screen Size, Storage, Network etc. for Smart Phones
Once adding filters is complete, press done and then back to return to Trove.
All of the changes will be added to you Trove search
