This list of the most frequently asked questions is a great source of information. Check this page regularly for updates.

A. WHY ARE AUCTIONS NOT APPEARING

Auction results are displayed separately to Buy It Now (BIN). Auctions can be seen by selecting the appropriate heading under the toolbar to switch views.

If Auctions are empty this means there are no items ending soon which meet your search criteria.

Press the auction tab to display auction result

B. WHY ARE RESULTS APPEARING LATE

Please Note: Trove will alert you to Buy It Now items when they are listed and Auctions when they are soon ending.

If the issue purists: ensure the refresh rate is correctly adjusted in the settings, and settings such as WIFI only are turned off.

C. WHY ARE ITEMS NEVER APPEARING?

1. Search turned off?

Is the orange flame on? If not this indicates that the auto-refresh is off. Auction and Bin have to be toggled on and off separately

2. Unexpected filter?

There may be a filter set in Trove preventing items coming through such as: Price, Feedback, Category etc

Open the Search Edit screen, press "Edit Search in eBay" button and confirm that there are no unexpected eBay filters. Trove uses these filters along with the quick filters when searching for items and may be filtering items you expect to see.

A simple check/fix is creating a new search from scratch to avoid the above issue.

D. WHY IS CURRENCY WRONG?

Trove will use the currency used by the seller of the item. This can be converted to the domestic currency of the searches EBay Site by choosing use converted price in Trove’s settings.

If the currency is not as expected confirm the eBay site for the search is correct by scrolling to the bottom of edit search.

You can change the default site in the settings; this is initially set using your location.
