Speed Limit: The speed limit in the community is 25 MPH. Please take care to follow the law and be mindful of children, community members walking their dogs, and neighbors pulling in and out of their driveways.
Parking: Please do not routinely park on the street.
Pets: Dogs must be on a leash and under control of owners at all time. Dog waste must immediately be picked up and disposed of into a community can or your personal can. It is not to be placed in the cans of neighbors. Dogs shall not be left unattended.
Architectural Requests: No work can be completed on the exterior of the buildings without approval. Please complete an Architectural Request Form and/or contact the Property Manager with questions. Please also review the Replacement Standards to ensure continuity.
Leasing: Homeowners who lease their units must provide a copy of the signed lease agreement to the Property Manager within 10 days of execution of the lease. The owner of the unit is responsible for the actions of their tenants. Tenants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the community. Please direct tenants to review these rules and also subscribe to our emails.
Snow: Please remove any parked vehicles from the street to assist in proper plowing and snow removal. All residents are responsible for shoveling their own driveways and sidewalks.
Trash & Recycling: Cans must be stored in garages or the rear of homes. Cans should be promptly removed and stored after trash collection. Cans should not remain in driveways or in front of homes on non-collection days. Do not place loose bags out on evenings prior to collection to prevent animals from causing unsightly messes. On windy days, please take care to prevent your trash and recyling from blowing about the neighborhood.
Toys & Belongings: Please ensure all bicycles, blow-up pools, and other types of play equipment are stored in the rear of your homes when not in use. Additionally, please keep basketball nets stored in the rear of your homes or garages when not in use. Do not permanently store tools, cleaning materials, strollers, storage bins, or other unsightly objects in the front of your home.
Holiday Decorations: Please review the rules and regulations regarding acceptable times of year to put up and remove holiday decorations.
