The TLHOA Board consists of volunteers who work closely with the Property Manager, Tom Cahill to maintain the qualify of life in the community and ensure the bylaws are being faithfully followed. Please do not approach or contact any Board member to discuss neighborhood matters. Board members are not permitted to make promises or discuss matters as all members work together to make decisions. All questions and concerns should be sent to Tom Cahill, Property Manager and the concerns and questions will be filtered to the Board for consideration as needed.
