Meetings
We meet weekly on Sundays at 3 pm at the First Congregational Church in Norwood. If the weather permits, we will have our meetings outdoors. If its cold, we meet in the gymnasium. We start every meeting with an opening colors ceremony and conclude it with a closing colors ceremony. Meetings are used to plan future events, prepare for upcoming events, and participate in activities related to scouting.
Events
For every event, a signed permission slip is necessary. If the trip is overnight, a packing list will be provided and a BSA medical form may need to be completed. For overnight trips, additional adult supervision is required. We will occasionally ask parents to donate their time and effort to meetings, day events, or overnight events so we can provide the best scouting program possible to their child.
