Patrols

Hello Troop 137, 

Our troop elects new leaders and new patrols every 6 months: Current Patrol List 

Every March new crossover scouts to join our troop. The new scouts will be placed into a crossover patrol and a Troop Guide will be assigned to their patrol to assist them in getting acclimated to the troop and hopefully earn the Scout Rank before the May Court of Honor.

Each Troop meeting we will have Patrol Time.  During this 15-20 min, Patrol Leaders are required to prepare an activity for their patrol to do. This gives the boys more ownership of the troop and encourage the patrol leaders to be more active leaders.
