  • First Monday of the Month: PLC Scouts ONLY - The day/date may change, watch emails/GroupMe

  • Wear/Bring: Class-A Dress Uniform for indoor meetings, meeting for Rank Advancement, Troop Events, and traveling as a Troop. Class-B Activity Uniform for outside meetings and events.  Please bring a chair (outside only), water bottle, Scout Handbook, pen, and SMILES!

HIGH ADVENTURE TRIPS

•  5 Jul 2026 - Seabase - We still have open spots, but they're filling up fast. Talk to Mr. Galloway if you're interested in attending.

• 11 Jul 2026 - Philmont Scout Ranch 12-day Trek - There are still two spots open!  Talk to Mr. Spies or Mr. Pratt for more information.

• 1 Aug 2026 - Northern Tier High Adventure - Our first crew is full. Talk to Mr. Galloway if you are interested in going to Northern Tier. If we have enough interest, we can form a second crew.

• Jan: Klondike Winter District Event / Campout

• Feb: Electronics Campout

• Mar: Spring Break trip (Destination changes annually - recently, we've gone to Shiloh National Park and Underground Kayaking in Kentucky)

• Mar/Apr: Troop Campout, First Year Campout at Lions, Cub Scout Crossovers to Troop 533

• Apr: Boone Trails District Camporee, Green & Gold Annual Troop Family Dinner & Awards Ceremony, including new Webelos Cross-over Scouts, OA Spring Conclave, Possible Troop Campout Event

• May: Horse Camp and Climbing Tower, Festival Fundraisers, Prep for Summer Camp

• Jun: BSA Summer Camp - Week long camping (Plan is in-council one year, out-of-council the next); High Adventure

• Jul: High Adventure - Up to 2 weeks long of an outdoor adventure (13/14 and Older, First Class Rank), Special MB Class(es) held

• Aug: Weekend Campout, Special Events, Festival Fundraisers

• Sep: OA Fall Reunion, Festival Fundraiser

• Oct: Boone Trails District Fall Camporee

• Nov: Scouting for Food, possible Day event (Hike, Climbing, etc.)

• Dec: Annual year-end Scout Party, special Camping Event
