Photos I Decided On

I ended up choosing these two photos because I liked the way they looked together the most because they share similar color pallets. I want to try and use both of them, but I may only end up using one.

These are the two photos I want to use for my table of contents photos. Both of these photos were taken at Ikea.

I might also use this photo to showcase the room from my double page spread.

I ended up choosing the three photos above because I thought they all fit the aesthetic of my magazine, and they all come from the same room in Ikea, so they are cohesive. These are the edited photos.

Double Page Spread Photos

These are a few of the candidates for my magazine double page spread. I will most likely use all three.

I still really like the photo, but didn't choose it for my cover, so I want to use it in my double page spread.

Photo I Decided On

I ended up going with this photo for a few reasons. Firstly, I thought this photo worked the best with my magazine aesthetic and was also an interesting and flashy photo that would attract attention. Secondly, this photo has a lot of blank space on the top, bottom, and sides of the photo that would make it perfect for taglines and a title. Thirdly, I liked the lighting the most in this photo. It has no harsh lighting anywhere, and the only problem with the lighting currently is how dark the photo is, which can easily be edited brighter.

This is the edited version of the photo (Pre edits to lighting though). Editing this photo took around an hour and a half. It was my first time editing price tags out of a photo, so I struggled slightly getting the hang of it. It was also very time consuming.

I like this photo. It needs to be edited to remove the hanging tag and to fix the bright light source from the window
